Catering a New England Clambake
There is nothing that says New England more than an old-fashioned clambake! Let us do the dirty work while you relax with your friends and family. We have great relationships with local seafood and produce purveyors, so we get the best locally-sourced clams, lobsters, steamers, crabs, corn, veggies and more!
Chef John and team set up your clambake with a special, house-made spice blend and execute it with expert precision. You and your guests receive a restaurant-level culinary experience in the comfort of your chosen venue!
Our base package includes lobster, blue crab, steamers, fresh shucked corn, New England-grown potatoes, coleslaw and fresh baked rolls with butter. All packages are customizable, so feel free to ask for specialty add-ons like king crab legs, jumbo lobsters, and New Zealand mussels!
On the day of the event, Chef John and team will get there early and get everything set up perfectly. You and your guests have nothing to worry about but having an amazing time. We’ll bring disposable plate-ware, silverware, claw crackers, hammers, napkins, lobster bibs, and table cloths. We also take care of setup, presentation, and clean up while you enjoy your party.
This party package is for twenty persons or more, and is a great way to celebrate a graduation, anniversary, or simply just enjoy the best New England has to offer!
